We work to raise awareness around the dangers of gang involvement, exploitation, and negative influences, giving young people the guidance they need to make positive choices about their futures Our mission is to create a safe, supportive environment where every individual feels seen, valued, and protected. We help people access the support they are entitled to by offering One-to-one guidance and signposting, Referrals to specialist services and Support navigating local resources.

We run events and programmes that bring people together and improve wellbeing, including Cultural and community celebrations, Youth engagement activities, Family support events and Seasonal drives and outreach initiatives.

FutureForm Foundation focuses on empowering young people across the West Midlands. Through mentorship, skills training, and community support, we're building brighter futures for the next generation.
